Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment — free, self-service, via the link in your confirmation text; refunds land within 2 business days. Inside 24 hours, text us: we'll always try to rebook you first, but late cancellations may incur a 50% fee on the saved card (never charged automatically — a human decides).

If you're not home

We'll call, text, and wait 15 minutes. After that it's treated as a no-show and the session is charged — the artist made the trip. Double-check your address and gate codes in the confirmation.

Weather & parking

We work indoors, so weather rarely stops the glow. If driving conditions are genuinely unsafe (New England, we see you), we'll reschedule at no charge. No parking at your place? Note it at booking — meter costs may be added with your OK.

Refunds

Prepaid sessions cancelled with 24+ hours notice: full refund, 2 business days. Group deposits follow the same rule. If we ever have to cancel on you, you're refunded in full immediately — plus a make-it-right discount on the rebook.

Glow Packs

Packs never expire and are transferable to friends and family on request. Packs are refundable for the unused balance (at the discounted per-credit rate) within 30 days of purchase.

Health & safety

Every booking signs our waiver covering respiratory and pregnancy considerations. If you're pregnant or nursing, get your doctor's OK first. Patch tests are free — just ask when booking.
